Do you have trouble determining what supports might be available to you or your family member? Do you ever wonder how to get assistance with finding a place to live, work or go to school? What exactly is ‘The Waiver’?
Developed by Region 10 Quality Assurance staff, the Resource Guide for Children with Disabilities and the Resource Guide for Adults with Disabilities includes access to a wide range of internet-based information that will help individuals live and work as independently as possible including financial resources, disability funding sources, health care, education, specific supports and services and more.
Minnesota Microgrant Partnership: Modest grants available to persons with disabilities to achieve person-centered goals around (1) Competitive Employment; (2) Inclusive Housing; or (3) Community Integration.
